If you are doing it at home here are some of the items you need to have and the procedure. The following items such a bowl, cotton wool, oxidant, Vaseline, water and dye.

First you need to wash the face very well to get rid of all kind of mascara make up, pour  small amount of the dye in a plastic or glass bowl also add couple of drops of the oxidant into the dye and mix very well. 

 Rub the Vaseline round the region of the eye wherein you want to dye as this help to prevent the dye from entering the eyes. With an applicator apply the dye to the lash  leave it for some time for the dye to be absorb into the lashes., with the did of a cotton wool you can clean off the excess dye note the cotton wool must be wet. When you are through use another cotton wool to clean of the Vaseline. That is all, you are done with your eye tinting.

What you must know is that this is not permanent lash tinting, for you to have long and lasting lashdye you have to repeat the process several time in 2 weeks before you start seeing the kind of result you are looking for.
